Little Planets (EDIT: Now Featuring Pac-World)

I didn’t really have time to do anything worthwhile today, what with being busy working hard on my dissertation and/or brilliant (if largely unsuccessful) april fool’s day prank.

So I’m going to post the half-arsed, 10 minute job I did of producing a little planet, more professionally known as the “Polar Panorama Effect“. I didn’t have time to take a panoramic photo, so I just used one I had lying around. Obviously this did not work as well as it could have.

Anyway, here it is:

So yeah, far from perfect. I will make a much better one when I have more time (plus, I still think it looks kinda cool).
